This Sabbath we ventured from page 81 to 91, and we examined the Seventh Seal.  It turns out that the Sixth Seal overlaps the seventh as indicated by the half-hour silence beginning in the sixth and continuing into the seventh.  Though elaborated more in the book, proof of this is the past–prefect tense of the sentence construction.  This means that the verb tense of the word “open” indicates that the action was completed in the shadow of the completion of another past action. It says, “ ¹ And when he had opened the Seventh Seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour.” Showing the silence had already begun and was in effect at the time of the opening of the Seventh Seal. 

The half-hour silence pertains to the transition of administration, a time when Jesus’ work closes and Christ reinstalls His authority.  Only by learning to distinguish between the two, or to discern between Christ, the Dove and Jesus, the Only begotten, can one realize this transition in change of Father’s new appointment of His Power of Attorney.  In both cases human agents or the prophets orchestrate each leg of the Gospel. Jesus’ ministers would need to be silent showing that He no longer presides over the Church due to His transfer of the reigns to Christ.  Then Christ begins His ministry through David, His elect, and only that ministry —by Jesus’ approval— can represent heaven’s gospel to save humanity once launched.  Thus, former ministers who have not joined David’s cry and his merry band are forever silenced. This interim transition is the reason for the half hour silence.  But heaven’s gospel was not asleep: During that interim, David —silent to the world but not to Davidia— taught his disciples in preparation for the voice from Zion to broadcast in the earth. His communications are depicted by the electronic media, by E-mail to neatly harmonize with the proverbial concept of the lightening flash of Matt 24. 

Still the label, Goodman of the house, to some may be confusing.  The book correctly places that label on VTH.  There is no contradiction.  Since the label applies to both, when speaking to a broader-band audience beyond Davidia, simplifying the label to Jesus allows for smoother communications. It appropriately belongs to VTH also.  How so?  Both managed the house, Jesus in heaven and VTH on earth, and both did not know the hour of the thief’s arrival.  Simply put, all that VTH taught was handed to him by Father through Jesus according to Revelation One and other Texts.  We should understand that the goodman of the house is a theo-polynomial equation.  Similar was this the case with antitypical Elijah: Some said it was VTH others EGW, when in fact, as the MSC proved, the prophecy had at least four applications making it a fourth-degree theo-polynomial (many names) equation.  It referred to the original Elijah, to Elisha, to John the Baptist, to VTH and even to the Mustard Seed. Applying that title to EGW expands the complexity further.  But Elijah’s promised coming refers to the completion of the SDA ministerial commission.  Similarly, we should understand the phrase goodman of the house of Matt 24: 42. 

Another factor to be considered: All three, Jesus, Christ, and the Holy Spirit learn from Father’s omniscience …Father promised to show Him, Christ and thus Jesus, greater works than these that we may marvel.  Also remember, that since the light of Revelation was revealed to Jesus from Father; then, the entirety of the 3AM was unfolded to Jesus by virtue of Father’s expanding educational syllabus, a doctrinal journey from WM Miller, EG White, VT Houteff, et al.  Only now do we understand the advent of Jacob.  VTH was only good because Jesus deployed Him to execute His work; such are shoes that a bad man could not fill.

The Text also revealed that Hosea 1 & 2 defines Jesus as the prophet sent to take Gomer, a wife of whoredom.  Afterwards, Christ, the Word of the Lord defined therein, promises the day of His embrace of Ruhamah, Hosea’s daughter.  Good thing that Jezreel, their first born and a singular or monomial type of VTH, converted her that she may be the triumphant church that was born of Hosea and His marriage to Gomer, his wife of whoredom, which is Protestant Christianity.  Jezreel became the mouthpiece; thus, the goodman of the house in Hosea’s stead.
