Excerpt:...And there is more: the astute students —not of Sesame Street cognizance but of College theo-Calculus— discern from Solomon’s narrative an even higher conglomerate of dignitaries the men and yes the women who shall preside over the 144,000. They are not to be thought of as the Jews but —in companion with those Davidian dignitaries cited in last study— another segmentation is elevated above Jerusalem: Priests from Levi who is the third of Jacob’s 12 sons. Their exclusive journey to Zion, David’s abode, symbolically makes them then equal in rank with Davidians. More on them must be said in future study. For now, suffice it to say that Levi’s ceremonial journey to Zion must, by Solomon’s narrative, come even before the elders are honored. Why, because they are the only ones permitted to handle the Ark. Proverbial speech made literal, they must, through the direct promptings of the Holy Spirit —not by David’s personal appeal— leave their current theological hovels and boldly journey to the SDA Church. To repeat the Text, “ Then Solomon assembled the elders of Israel, and all the heads of the tribes … in Jerusalem, that they might bring up the ark of the covenant of the LORD out of the city of David, which is Zion… 3and the priests took up the ark. 4 And they brought up the ark of the LORD…and all the holy vessels … did … the Levites bring up.” —1Kings 8: 1-4. The linchpin of parallel analysis is that the Testimony of Jesus, while in Zion, must be placed in the Ark by the mustard seed before the aforementioned Levitical procession of it. And a note of key significance: Above the Ark, according to divine design, was the sculpture of Two Cherubims who faced each other and whose wings overshadowed or concealed the seat of God, the Mercy seat…
