Isa 60: 1-3.

Excerpt:…It is the day when David’s mirror image evangelizes the world under Adam’s eternal dominion. And our closing text, summarizes it suscinctly: Isaiah says, “Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee. 2 For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee. 3 And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.” —Isa 60: 1-3. The Lord’s glory shall rise upon the son of David for one purpose, that a house may be erected inHis, Christ’s honor. And those who see it will see the Lord’s glory. He, David’s son will reign forever, in the last day. Stubbornness to protect human pride, historical ideas, racial supremacy, political ambition, hurt feelings, etc, will not change the reality; it will only condemn those men who seek to vaunt their own glory. But the good news is that the house of the Lord will embrace all people who long for the benefits that Christ exhibited through Jesus. It shall be a day when all human sorrow shall be removed. Only now, with this study are we able to perceive; thus, we can all sing America’s anthem, My eyes have seen the glory of the coming of the Lord. More shall be said in our next study, but for now I close…
