Matt 10: 17-19.

Excerpt:…More affirmation of this doctrine is found in the testimony of Jesus though it must be excavated with the care of a theo-archeologist. So I caution all who as commanded, “…live by every word which proceedeth out of the mouth of God,” to be sober. For the subtly of its expression does not minimize the Lord’s vehemence. In carefully crafted but clearly expressed words left on record for Zechariah to decipher, Christ gave the disciples the formula to answer their antagonists in the day of gentile inquisition. Looking specifically to our day, now, He told them that the then-to-fore doctrines learned through Bible history WILL NOT benefit them in the halls of the gentile courts. Instead, those faithful Adventists with whom the Spirit has stood since 1844, were to be given the benefit of His novel doctrine —in a special time called— “in that hour” … such amplifies the gravity of His work! That proverbial hour has proven to be the span of the mustard seed ministry as shall be elucidated downstream. So now let us read this special counsel to the Lord’s disciples in Matt 10: “ 17 But beware of men: for they will deliver you up to the councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues. 18 And ye shall be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles. 19 But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak.” —Matt 10: 17-19. A key question to address before deciphering this Text: To whom is this warning directed? —to the original disciples in the days of their labor, or to the end-time disciples: ѪMicah five’s new subject in the day of quote, “she which travaileth” today? The original 11 were scourged in the synagogues by the Jewish Sanhedrin —but such has not been the travail of Adventism. The pivot point is discerned in the expression they shall “deliver you up” and do so for quote, “my sake”. The MSC has distinguished between Jesus and Christ; therefore, the expression for my sake —Christ being the speaker— has more meaning today when His identity, His name, is distinguished. Thus only today, must I go before the aforementioned governors and kings: which is also the equal of Zechariah’s command to cry yet…
