Matt 24: 37

Excerpt:…This is the message of Noah’s double blessing: Consider the disciples of today, under the mustard seed, Do not they exemplify his blessed sons and daughters? Of a truth they do for the world shall again be saved by the long strenuous tutelage of antitypical Noah. Afterall, “ ” … as the days of Noe were … so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.” —Matt 24: 37. But it is unwise for some to covet the firstfruit exultation of Jerusalem. Not only because their own maternal lineage is part of the firstfruits, but more especially is it stupid since such men, unwittingly, refused the divine appeal of their higher calling  the the offer to become Jerusalem’s superiors. The 1844 Adventist call to evangelism, cited above, was an appeal to educate Jerusalem from her shackles. It was then a call to receive the blessing of Noah and his sons. In other terms, it was a call to become a shepherd of the firstfruit: As angels are to men, shepherds are to sheep or men of lower station…
